Petitioner states that he submitted a representation with the Superintendent of Police, Malda Police District dated 14.03.2024.

Petitioner has raised series of accusations against the investigating agency and particularly the police authorities associated with Harishchandrapur Police Station.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the state and submits that the police

authorities has strictly adhered to the provision of law.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 7 & 8 is present and opposes the contentions that the petitioner has the habit of harassing the police authorities.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the petitioner and that some time has passed in the meantime, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Malda that if he has not already decided on the representation, he will take a decision in respect of the representation dated 14.03.2024.

Petitioner, if required, will again give the same representation to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Malda. After considering the accusations so made, the Superintendent of Police will take a decision and communicate the outcome to the petitioner preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order. With the aforesaid observations WPA 14204 of 2024 is disposed of.
