1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Charge-sheet is stated to have been submitted in the present case pre-supposing that there is no need of custodial interrogation of the present petitioner. Some of the public officials have sustained injuries upon beating by the present petitioner.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar at Nadia, within 15 days from today in connection with Bhimpur Police Station Case No. 260 of 2022 dated 02.07.2022. On their appearance and application for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
