Ms. Soni Ojha Ms. Sonia Nandy ...for the petitioner Ms. Soni Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that Misc. appeal being appeal no. 234 of 2018 in respect of which present application has been preferred seeking direction for expeditious disposal, has already been disposed of by the court below vide order no. 57 dated 19.4.2022. Accordingly, the present application has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, C.O. 2124 of 2019 is dismissed as being infructuous.

Photocopy of the order no. 57 dated 19.4.2022 passed in Misc. Appeal No. 234 of 2018 is taken on record.
