Learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instruction that during the pendency of the writ petition, Phoolbagan Police Station Case No. 119 dated June 30, 2022, under Sections 341/324/114 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered. Notice has also been issued to the petitioner under Section 91 of the Cr.P.C. The police report is taken on record. As the grievance of the petitioner has been met, nothing survives to be decided in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. The investigation shall be concluded in a free, fair and impartial manner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
