Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the petitioners and the State and having considered the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is a dying declaration against all the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Nos. 2, 4 and 5. Learned advocate for the petitioners does not press the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner Nos. 1 and 3.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner Nos. 2 , 4 and 5 is rejected and prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 is dismissed as not pressed. The application being CRM 5701 of 2021 is dismissed.
