For the Petitioners The petitioners have assailed the order dated 28th January, 2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah in G. R. case no. 3467 of 2022 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against them.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It appears that the petitioners were on bail and failed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah on the relevant date for which warrant of arrest was issued against them.

The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah within two weeks from date. If the petitioners surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate within two weeks from date and file applications for bail, learned Magistrate shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

In the event the petitioners fail to surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioners in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

Warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 28th January, 2025 be stayed till 10th July, 2025.

CRR 2550 of 2025 is disposed of.
