By an order dated April 20, 2021 this Court disposed of the writ petition by directing the Prodhan of the Gram Panchayat to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners in accordance with law and to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties.

The learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor has filed an affidavit-of-compliance annexing a copy of the reasoned order dated February 24, 2022 which was passed allegedly in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the said reasoned order.

As it appears that the order of the Court has been complied with substantially, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the contents of the reasoned order dated February 24, 2022, if so advised.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
