Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information sent to the police authorities being the Officer-in-Charge of Singur Police Station on or about June, 2021, no steps were taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention from the records of the case that Singur PS Case No. 151/21 dated 10.06.2021 was registered for investigation.

Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for protection in view of the adamant attitude of the private respondents.

Having considered the prayer, I direct that petitioner will file an application before the learned Magistrate who is in seisin of the aforesaid criminal case. If the learned Magistrate is of the opinion that

necessary police protection be afforded, he will pass directions in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14185 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
