Ms. Sima Ghosh Mr. Sanjay Patra ....for the appellant in RVW 155 of 2024 Mr. Ali Imam Shah ....for the opposite party Mr. Rajesh Singh ...for the Insurance Company Ms. Sima Ghosh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review petitioner submits that the matter was settled outside the Court between the parties through intervention of learned counsel for the parties. She submits that the review petitioner is not intending further to proceed with this review application.

Considering the submission, the review application being RVW 155 of 2024 is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

Connected application being CAN 2 of 2024 is also disposed of.

In Re: CAN 1 of 2024 This is an application for appropriate order.

Ms. Sima Ghosh, learned counsel on record appearing on behalf of the claimant No. 1 submits that this Court has directed to disburse the amount of compensation in favour of the claimants equally. The claimant No. 1 is facing difficulty to withdraw the amount as her name was mentioned in the pass book as "Jayanti Garain Kumari". She submits that necessary direction be passed so that the cheque in the name of claimant No. 1 be corrected according to her name appearing in the bank account.

Considering the submission and also perusing the Memorandum of Appeal, it appears that the name of claimant No. 1 was mentioned in the cause title of the Memorandum of Appeal as "Jayanti Gorain @ Garain (Kumari)". The name appearing in the pass book of the claimant No. 1 appears to be differen, reasons thereby the compensation amount issued through cheque in favour of the claimant No. 1 may be different.

Under the above observation, the name of claimant No. 1/respondent No. 1 appearing in the cause title of the Memorandum of Appeal is hereby corrected as "Jayanti Garain Kumari".

The department is directed to make out the correction within a fortnight from date.

The office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is directed to issue the cheque in the

name of the claimant No. 1 as "Jananti Garain Kumari".

Under the above observation, the application being CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
