This is an application for expeditious hearing of Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2020 under Sections 498A/326/307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 3 / 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in addition with Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Mushidabad. The petitioner is the de-facto complainant, in this case. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, that though the learned Additional Sessions Judge has fixed several dates for charge hearing, till the hearing has not been commenced. In that view of the matter, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3 rd Court, Murshidabad to conclude the charge hearing expeditiously,

preferably, within a period of three months from date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the either of the parties. Since the opposite party nos. 2, 3 and 4 shall not be prejudiced by this order, this revisional application being CRR 1757 of 2021 is disposed of without giving any notice upon them. The revisional application being CRR 1757 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
