At the time of call accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner.

However, State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

On perusal of records, it appears that similar prayer was made on 7th March, 2025 on behalf of the petitioner which was allowed by a coordinate Bench thereby directed the matter to appear in the combined monthly list of May, 2025.

It appears repeatedly identical prayer for adjournment is being made on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, prayer for adjournment is refused.

Though prayer is made in the writ petition to give appointment to the petitioner as primary teacher pursuant to the order dated 24th January, 2019 but

in absence of argument being advanced on behalf of the petitioner such prayer for appointment cannot be acceded to.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
