Notice was duly served upon Mr. Samiran Mondal, learned advocate for the petitioner about the pendency of the instant application requesting him to appear before this Court to take part in the hearing. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondents that she also personally informed Mr. Mondal but he remains absent. Conduct of Mr. Mondal suggests that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
