Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and since there is no adverse report against the applicant/petitioner, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 16th September, 2021 to the effect that the petitioner shall meet with the Investigating Officer at Beldanga Police Station once in a week until further orders is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet with the said Officer once in a month until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
