Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. She refers to the period of marriage between the petitioner and the de facto complainant.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The materials in the case diary suggest assault on the de facto complainant with her being hospitalized for a period of time.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the materials in the case diary and the injury report of the de facto complainant, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (A) 3092 of 2022 is dismissed.
