1. Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, submits that considering an incident which took place on 1st March, 2025, the mother petitioner filed an application on 3rd March, 2025, praying for stay of the visitation order. Mr. Sanyal submits that such application has not yet been taken up for hearing.

2. From the order sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that the father opposite party herein filed an application on 15th May, 2025 praying for an order directing the petitioner mother to comply with the visitation order. Such application has been fixed for hearing on 24th June, 2025.

3. In view thereof, this Court is of the considered view that the application filed by the petitioner mother on 3rd March, 2025 and the application filed by the opposite party father on 15th May, 2025 are required to be disposed of expeditiously.

4. CO 2040 of 2025 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman shall make an endeavour to dispose of the application dated 3rd March, 2025 filed by the petitioner mother and the application dated 15th May, 2025 filed by the opposite

party father as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

5. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
