1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Administrative notice sent to the petitioner has been severed and a report sent by the learned District Judge, Murshidabd (I.C) be kept on record.

3. It appears that the instant revisional application has been filed against the judgment and order dated 23.03.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 2nd Court Jangipur at Murshidabad in the Maintenance Case being M.R. Case No. 208 of 2009 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

4. The instant revisional application was filed on the ground that inadequate maintenance allowance has been granted to the petitioner and her minor child.

5. However, since 2015 the instant revisional application is pending.

6. It appears that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant revisional application.

7. Hence the instant revisional application be dismissed for default.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
