By order dated 13th January, 2023, the appeal was disposed of.

Perused the report of the department dated 6th July, 2023.

Inadvertent typographical has crept into the order dated 13th January, 2023 mentioning M.A.C. Case No. in the 4th line of 1st paragraph at page 1, as "M.A.C. Case No. 43 of 2018" instead of "M.A.C. Case No. 43 of 2017". The M.A.C. Case number in the aforesaid order in the 4th line of 1st paragraph at page 1 be read as "M.A.C. Case No. 43 of 2017" instead of "M.A.C. Case No. 43 of 2018".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 13th January, 2023.
