1. There is a dying declaration of the victim implicating the petitioner in pouring kerosene on her. Such statement apparently is supported by an injured victim.

2. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner notwithstanding the fact that the police filed charge sheet.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

4. C.R.M. (A) 1769 of 2024 is dismissed.
