Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The co-accused persons similarly circumstanced with the present petitioner is stated to have been released on anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench. The charge-sheet is stated to have filed in the meantime.

Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation, question of parity and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chanchal, District - Malda, in connection with GR Case No. 2137 of 2020 arising out of Police Station Case No. 392 of 2020 within 15 days from today. On appearance and application for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Chanchal, District -Malda on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed. 5.
