It appears from the statement of the defacto complainant/opposite party no. 2 that she does not intend to proceed with the matter any further on the ground that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. Both the parties have filed joint application being CRAN No. 1 of 2024 which demonstrates that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the parties seek an order for setting aside/ quashing the impugned proceedings being A.C.G.R.No. 4003 of 2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas.

In view of the above, the applications being CRR No. 2072 of 2024 and CRAN No. 1 of 2024 are allowed.

The proceedings in connection with A.C.G.R.No. 4003 of 2018 arising out of Netaji Nagar Police Station Case No. 274 of 2018 dated August 16, 2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas be quashed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
