2. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the statements of independent witnesses as well as the statement of the victim recorded before the Magistrate, I do not consider this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
