It appears that the submissions made by the learned counsels for the petitioner and the State are contradictory.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the relief prayed for in the writ application has already given to the petitioner. The said information has been given to her informally.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no such instruction given to him.

Accordingly, the State is directed to file a report as to the said status in respect of

the relief prayed for in the present case on the next date of hearing.

Let the matter appear on 5th March, 2025.
