1. In view of availability of an alternative and efficacious appellate remedy available under the relevant statute, this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revision application.

2. Faced with such situation, the learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this civil revision application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

3. In the light of the submission made by learned advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, CO 2044 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. Learned advocate on record for the petitioner is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a photostat copy thereof.

5. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
