Ms. Sharma, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a status report in respect of Gariahat Police Station Case No.240 of dated 01.09.2019 under Sections 341/323/509/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Let the report be kept with the record.

Records reflect that the revisional application was preferred at a stage when charge-sheet was already submitted and the petitioners challenged before this Court the FIR. Report so submitted reflects that date has been fixed for supply of copies on 27.09.2023.

Having considered the change of circumstances and in absence of any document on which the prosecution has relied upon to submit its charge-sheet, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made at this stage.

Petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage of the proceedings.

No interference is called for in this revisional application as the charge-sheet was submitted in the month of January, 2020

and the revisional application was filed in the month of September, 2021 without the charge-sheet being enclosed along with the revisional application.

Consequently, CRR 1764 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
