We have considered the impugned order. Learned judge considered the materials on record as well as the case diary. After hearing the parties opposite party nos. 2 and 3 were released on bail. We are of the opinion there is no illegality in the impugned order. Allegation of misuse of liberty by opposite party nos. 2 and 3 may be agitated before the court granting bail.
