Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the information furnished to the Inspector-inCharge, Kaliachak Police Station was not acted upon and as such, has approached this Court.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Kaliachak Police Station Case No. 1082 of 2025 dated 18.06.2025 has been registered for investigation on the written complaint which was received from the petitioner no.1.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps and history of criminal cases as well as civil cases are there between the petitioners and the private respondents, I am of the opinion that at this stage, further directions are unwarranted from this Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 10 to 17 has raised issues in respect of orders passed by the civil court and the manner in which the petitioners have breached such orders to their own advantage.

Be that as it may, if there are disputes which are to be adjudicated by the civil court, the parties would be at liberty to approach the said court. This Court will not enter into the said domain.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 12967 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
