From the record, it appears that the appellant was represented lastly on 2nd December, 2022 when the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent furnished the death information of the appellant/petitioner of CAN 2 of 2021 through the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant and from then on no step was taken on behalf of the appellant.

Accordingly, the appeal stands abated by operation of law.
