Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The allegation against the petitioner is that taking advantage of the consensual relationship between the victim and himself, he took obscene photographs of the victim and circulated them among the relatives of the victim. The victim has alleged that she was administered stupefying drugs by the petitioner after which such photographs were directed to be posted by the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted. Naraji application has been filed by the victim which is yet to be considered by the learned trial Court.

Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the same, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
