None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for appointing the petitioner to the post of Group-D staff of a high school after setting aside the panel, which was forwarded by the managing committee of the school to the concerned District Inspector of Schools. Due to passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed accordingly.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
