1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner is the maternal uncle of the principal accused. The charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation against him and filing of charge-sheet, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Special Court, Malda, in POCSO Case No. 155 of 2021 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with G.R. Case arising out of English Bazar Police Station Case No. 1413 of 2021 dated 18.10.2021.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.

5. The application being CRM (DB) 2192 of 2023 is disposed of.
