1. This writ petition alleges that the respondent/College does not have the requisite infrastructure, land etc.

2. The petitioners are stated to be public interest litigants and they are renowned social workers. Apart from that, the petitioners have not stated anything about themselves as to whether they are employed and as to how they came to know about the details of the institution.

3. Surprisingly, in the annexure to the writ petition, documents concerning the institution, which will be only in the custody of the institution, have been filed. Thus, we are of the view that this is not a genuine public interest litigation and the petitioners have been set up by some other persons, who may have personal grievances against the institution or the persons, who established the institution.

4. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the prayers sought for in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

5. However, if there is any student, who is aggrieved or if any other person is aggrieved, they would be entitled to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
