Seven kgs of heroin (much more than commercial quantity) was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. His prayer for bail made in CRM (NDPS) 636 of 2022 was rejected by a coordinate bench by an order dated June 16, 2022. Thereafter also, the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected. Very recently i.e., on 22.05.2024, the petitioner's application for bail in CRM (NDPS) 851 of 2024 was again rejected by us.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no question of allowing the present application for bail.

CRM (NDPS) 850 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
