The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of injunction order passed in Title Suit No.120 of 2024, on 27.02.2025 the private respondents by violating the said order of the learned civil court has been pursuing their illegal activities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the private respondents and the villagers were using the land as their path of entry. A boundary wall was attempted to be raised which was prevented by the villagers and it is also stated in the report that on several occasions, the Gram Panchayat along with other respectable persons of the locality tried to amicably settled the dispute. Be that as it may, the said dispute in respect of the land would be considered by the civil court.

However, the petitioner is presently aggrieved as in spite of informing the police authorities particularly with regard to the abuse, threats and dire consequences which have been complained of against the private respondents, no steps have been taken by the police authorities. Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the present inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. To that effect, if circumstances so demand, the police authorities would deploy adequate police force.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13043 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
