1. Petitioner, State and the de facto complainant are represented.

2. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner was an employee of the de facto complainant. There are close circuit television footage suggesting that the petitioner was involved in embezzling the stock of the de facto complainant that is to say that petitioner used to hand over medicines of a value of Rs.1,40,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Forty Lakhs) over a period of time to certain persons.

3. Role of the petitioner in the incident requires investigation.

4. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
