The officer-in-charge, Baruipur Police Station is present before the court and submits that pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioner Baruipur P.S. Case No. 1506 of 2021 dated September 1 of 2021 under Section 447, 325, 354, 506, 509 and 34 of the IPC had been initiated against the respondent nos. 5 and 6. Investigation was completed by the police authorities and Charge-sheet has been filed vide C.S. No. 1425 of 2021 dated September 30, 2021 under Sections 447, 323, 354, 506 and 34 of the IPC against the respondent nos. 5 and 6.

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. The police authorities have already filed a charge-sheet against the respondent nos. 5 and 6 and the matter is before

the learned criminal court. If the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial court by filing necessary applications. Needless to mention the police authorities shall ensure the security of the petitioner as it is specifically submitted by the petitioner that the respondent no. 6 has been harassing the petitioner by taking the aid of some antisocial elements. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
