The present revision is of the year 2019 praying for appropriate direction upon the opposite party to pay maintenance along with accrued nonpaid maintenance in terms of the judgment and order dated 30th March, 2016 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta in Misc. Case No.499 of 2018 under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
