Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a report dated 22.5.2024 filed by Officer-in-Charge of Sabang P.S, Paschim Medinipur in court today, wherefrom it appears that the victim girl was produced before CWC, Paschim Medinipur. Today the victim girl is supposed to be produced in the court of CJM, Paschim Medinipur.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition that the victim girl has been recovered.

3. The said report dated 22.5.2024 is taken on record.
