And In Re : Bablu Sardar .... petitioner Mr. Golam Mostafa Mr. S. Sardar Mr. A. Hossain ....for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Ashok Das .... for the State Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. It is alleged that petitioner had assaulted the victim. He does not stand on the same footing with the women folk who had been released on bail. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
