At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that petitioners do not want to proceed with this writ petition and at the same time leave is prayed for to file afresh with better particulars. In support of such submission letter dated 19th March, 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

Affidavits-in-opposition filed on behalf of KMDA and respondent no. 8 are taken on record. In view of aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioners writ petition stands dismissed as not being pressed with leave to file afresh with better particulars on selfsame cause of action.
