Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner had actually been cheated by the de facto complainant. As a counter blast, the present FIR was registered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and the report and submits as follows. The de facto complainant was cheated by the petitioner and Rs.5,00,000/- was taken on the pretext of giving him a job in the Army. The letter that was given to the de facto complainant was a forged one as would be evident from the communication made from Army authorities. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including statements of witnesses and the relevant documents, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 1968 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
