Le the said report be kept on record. The learned advocate for the petitioner No.1 submits a written instruction whereby the petitioner No.1 stated his unwillingness to proceed with the hearing of this matter. A written instruction dated 07.03.2024 submitted before the court to that effect be kept on record.

Under the facts and circumstances, the instant criminal revesional application being CRR 2144 of 2011 is dismissed for non prosecution.
