A typographical error of inadvertence has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court's order dated 12.06.2025 whereby the present writ petition was disposed of. 2.

According to him, the date of the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench (hereinafter referred to as the C.A.T.) passed in O.A. No. 936 of 2021 is '02.05.2024', but wrongly typed as '02.05.2025' in paragraph 16 of this Court's order dated 12.06.2025.

The error is obvious from a plain reading of the order of the C.A.T., copy of which forms part of the writ petition.

We, therefore, direct that the date of the order of the C.A.T.

in paragraph be read as '02.05.2024' instead of '02.05.2025'.

The order stands modified to this extent.
