1. Report filed on behalf of the State indicating seizure of mobile phone from the petitioner as filed in Court is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

3. Despite service of notice upon the de-facto complainant, no one appears for the de-facto complainant.

4. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

5. Perused the case diary.

6. Considering the materials available in the case diary including the statement of the adult alleged victim which indicates that there was some kind of relationship between the two for a certain length of time and they had been going to places together and the fact that pursuant to a direction passed by this Court, the petitioner

deposited his mobile phone with the police, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses and the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Trial Court and pray for bail within four weeks from date and regularly attend the jurisdictional Court.

8. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
