From the report it appears that the petitioner was acquitted in connection with G.R. Case No. 75/2010 arising out of Goghat P.S. Case No. 17/2010 dated 27.01.2010 under Section 135(1) (a) of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 was ultimately disposed of on 13.07.2016.

The instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
