Learned advocate for the State draws attention of this Court to the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
