It is further submitted victim girl did not name him in her statement before the Magistrate. No medical injuries are noted. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the statements of the victim girl recorded under Sections 161/164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Reading the statements conjointly discloses complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
