The defacto complainant is not represented despite service. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

I have considered the material on record.

The defacto complainant is a married lady. There was a love affair between the defacto complainant and the petitioner. The petitioner refused to marry the defacto complainant for which the present complaint has been lodged. Investigation is in progress. The petitioner has cooperated in investigation.

His custodial interrogation is not required and he may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Jahangir Mondal be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the

BNSS. The petitioner shall appear before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
