This Contempt petition is against the alleged violation of my order dated 1st June, 2021 which does not require any further order in view of compliance report dated 2nd December, 2021 submitted by Mr. Banerjee, learned senior advocate representing the alleged contemnor. Let such report be kept with the record. On perusal of such report of compliance I am satisfied that the alleged contemnor pursuant to my order dated 1st June, 2021 has taken steps for compliance as appears from the said report. If the petitioner is not satisfied with such compliance it may give raise fresh cause of action, it cannot be a case of

contempt. Accordingly this contempt proceeding is dropped.

With this observation, this contempt petition being CPAN No.635 of 2021 and connected application being CAN 1 of 2021 stands disposed of.
