Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the wife of the victim states that on the previous day petitioner left with the victim. On the next day, his dead body was recovered. He had suffered homicidal death. In view of incriminating circumstances and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
