The records of the case reflect that on 29.2.24 the ld. Magistrate was pleased to direct for execution return in respect of the warrant of arrest in connection with Case No. CN 55837 of 2016.

Having considered that the case was initiated in the year 2016 and, till date, the same is continuing because of non-cooperation of the accused, I direct the ld. trial court to exhaust the process of law for ensuring the availability of the accused and proceed with the case in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2075 of 2024 is disposed of.
